Tuesday/ Wednesday - Shelley Moore Deep Dive (Sarah, Ammie, Yvonne, Brenda, Laura)

Thursday - Incoming K1 Admissions All Day (We're still not full 😩)

Friday - Chinese PTCs

Bradbury teachers plan to pop over for a visit on Friday AM, but TBC. 


Open Play Agreements

Thank you, everyone, for your contributions and open discussions. Your insights are instrumental in shaping our open-play experience for the children. It's clear that more time is needed to continue this conversation, so I've scheduled in 16, 23 April as staff meetings to further our discussions.


From the last meeting, our agreements are:

  • 10:15am / 2:30pm - children and staff leave classroom
  • If you need help, call out to a colleague or close your station to find help
  • Ask children to wait on the steps, if the playground ratio is not ready at the start
  • We all hold each other accountable and have a shared responsibility to support each other and ALL children.

We can collate this into a document after our next meeting. 


Admin Update

Admin Amy has just resigned due to family commitments, and her last day will be 19 April. Until we find a replacement, we ask for your kind support for our amazing Jaz and CJ. If you have any recommendations or suggestions, please let us know!


In an effort to streamline our ordering process, we're introducing a new resource ordering form. This will help the admin team to collate orders more efficiently. We aim to place orders monthly to ensure we stay on top of our stocks. However, if you need anything special or promptly (e.g. cooking ingredients, fresh fruits), please feel free to purchase them and claim petty cash afterwards. Your flexibility in this process is greatly appreciated! 🙏🏼
