Prospective K1 2025/26
The application period for next year's K1 is 1-30 September. We (SLT) will host a webinar for prospective families this Friday and school tours after school on Monday, 9 & 23 September, starting at 4:15 pm. We kindly ask that you set up your classrooms after school on these two days for tour purposes. Many thanks!
Children's Absences
A warm reminder if we have yet to hear from the family for 2 consecutive days, the teacher/ admin should follow up with a telephone call on the 3rd day. We are obligated to investigate and report to EDB if a child is absent for 7 consecutive school days without reasons or under doubtful circumstances.
Inclement Weather Reminder
In case of class suspension due to inclement weather, we will inform parents via the ESF App messaging system as soon as we have confirmation from the Education Bureau. The message will include a link to our Resource Bank for async learning per ESF policy. We will also send a WhatsApp Broadcast to inform staff of the situation.

Please help to secure any outdoor play equipment to ensure safety and minimise possible damage (from high winds and heavy rain).
