Morning, everyone,
Thank you for accommodating all our recent visitors and photo shoots — I was so impressed by the children’s genuine interest in helping with the mural and taking pride in their school. It was lovely to see their confidence and sense of responsibility in action.

On Tuesday, Brenda will host a lecture for Education University students as part of their certificate course for Kindergarten and Middle Leaders, focusing on international education.
This session will be held in the Resource Room, so there will be limited access to materials during the AM session.
The students and their professor will also tour Hillside during lunchtime. We'd really appreciate it if teams could set up classrooms before going for lunch.

A brief reminder that our Staff Meeting will be on Wednesday this week.
We’ll follow our usual format and spend some time sharing reflections from the Impact Walks.
I hope everyone has had a chance to complete their walk — it’s always valuable to learn from what we notice across our classrooms.

A quick reminder to have your individual staff photo taken next week.
We use these for internal purposes such as our induction website for new K1s and K2s.
The Photo Day Schedule is attached. Floaters will help with ushering small groups to the resource room.

Our Community Play sessions will begin next week, bringing K1 and K2 children together for shared outdoor play during our usual Open Play time.
Thank you for the collaborative effort in setting this up. It’s been a while, so we may all need a little time to recall the routines and expectations. Please stay patient and kindly remind one another as we go.
A quick update following clarification from ESF:
Please don’t worry about the previous deadline — the Cyber Security and Phishing Awareness training is valid until the end of December.
The course is a short online refresher and takes around 20–25 minutes in total.
Each of the two parts includes four short videos (about 2 minutes each) and a 10‑question quiz at the end.
