Upcoming Staff Meeting

For today's staff meeting, we’ll come together for some vertical sharing. Please come prepared to share:

  • Any learning diversity (LD) or medical cases that would be helpful for everyone to be aware of.
  • Discussions around health and safety matters related to snacks and foods.
  • (Depending on time) Your Observable Impact (OI) team focuses on common themes and allows colleagues to share strategies and ideas around shared goals.

Follow‑Up on Child Protection

Thank you for your participation and engagement in our recent Child Protection session. We hope the discussions and scenarios were useful in deepening your confidence and understanding of your responsibilities.

Attached are:

It’s important to document all concerns on RecordMy, even if you’re uncertain. These notes help us trace patterns and ensure early support for children.

Please review the materials carefully and reach out if you have any questions.

A few reminders:

  • Adults who have not completed the Mandatory Reporting or EduCare Child Protection training — including parent volunteers, bus mothers, and work experience students — must not enter student restrooms.
  • While all therapists have completed their training, it remains good practice to ensure that another adult is nearby whenever possible during sessions.
