General Tidy‑Up

While it’s not a full end‑of‑term, as we will be losing the ½ day before Easter, we’d really appreciate everyone’s help with a general tidy‑up.

Colleagues not involved in admissions, please:

  • Open cabinets
  • Sort and return items to their correct places
  • Work in teams to complete your assigned areas efficiently
  • Here's to‑do list for reference.
Many thanks in advance for your teamwork and care πŸ™‡

ESF Research Conference

6 June | 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. | ESFC
Register via Gateway (lunch provided).

You’re invited to the annual ESF Centre for Research conference! Keynote speakers include Prof Gert Biesta and Dr. Danau Tanu.

This celebratory event is a fantastic opportunity for ESF educators to come together and share their reflections, insights, and innovations in classroom practice from the past year. As a presenter or participant, you'll have the chance to network with colleagues from different schools, connect with others passionate about educational research, and contribute to our collective professional growth.

We’re happy to support if anyone is keen to present as well.

Reminder: Cybersecurity Training

Cybersecurity remains a priority across ESF. Phishing email simulations will continue throughout the term.

  • 1st click: Short online training
  • 2nd click: Follow‑up coaching session
  • 3rd click: Mandatory cybersecurity training at ESFC

Please stay alert when checking emails. When in doubt — don’t click. Report suspicious emails to IT (Jeff).

A Cyber Security & Phishing Awareness refresher is still available via Assembly or
πŸ”— https://learning.greenradar.com
  • Takes 20–25 minutes in total
  • Two short modules (videos + quiz)
  • Please log in using your ESF work email

Thank you for completing this when you can — it’s an important part of keeping our systems secure.

Upcoming Dates
Please check our internal calendar below. We might forget to remind everyone of odd dates. We will continue to add events as soon as they're confirmed. Here's the full 2025/26 Calendar.

Thank you!
